Fresh fruits or juices, which are being sold at the roadside vendor's may seem healthy to you, but it is not. As these items have been exposed to the monsoon contaminated air for a long time, it can transport various types of bacteria or viruses in your body. It is suggested that you prepare fresh fruit juice at home and consume it.
